How our service works
Liverpool Bed Bug Treatment is an introduction service for the Liverpool City Council area. We do not inspect or treat bed bugs ourselves. This page sets out what happens to an enquiry and how the service is paid for.
The process
You send the enquiry
The postcode, the property, your role (tenant, landlord, agent or owner) and how to reach you. Only we hold it at this point.
We choose a specialist
A person reads it and looks for a bed bug specialist who covers that postcode and handles that kind of property, whether a terrace, a shared house or a hotel.
We tell you who it is
A call or email follows, naming the specialist. If you agree, we pass on your enquiry. If you do not, nothing more happens and nobody else sees your details.
They inspect and quote
The firm arranges a visit and gives a fixed price. Whether to book is your decision, and the contract is between you and them.
How we are paid
Our income is a referral fee paid by the specialist once an introduction is made. Tenants, landlords and owners are never charged by us, booked or not. We are independent and not linked to any pest control company with a similar name.
What we do not do
- Charge tenants, landlords or owners.
- Give a fixed price. Only someone who has inspected the property can.
- Promise a visit time on the firm's behalf.
- Give medical or legal advice, or send marketing.
Our sources
Price ranges are typical UK prices from published price lists we reviewed, dated on each page. Local rules link to Liverpool City Council and GOV.UK. Advice on recognising bed bugs and coping while you wait follows the NHS and the British Pest Control Association.
